So.. I haven't blogged for a while! But this one was to good to pass up! As we all know i'm addicted to "reality" TV. MTV has a few shows that I ABSOLUTELY love! The show is called Taking The Stage, set around SCPA. A school in Ohio for "creative" kids. Anyways, this girl is Mia Carruthers. She is AMAZING! I love her original songs.. she plays good acoustic sets! Here is a video of her playing her original song, breathe you in. She wrote it when she was 15 about a boy (of course)! haha Check her out!

and the saga continues on..

I'm a little behind the times. But, I just thought I would let y'all know. Wait for it, wait for it... Tada--> This is going to be amazing!

Yes, the sequel to Twilight is in the near future! They had so much success with releasing Twilight on 11/21/2008, that the new director has decided to release New Moon on 11/20/2009! Can't wait.. We will be there at the midnight showing.. AGAIN!

Addictions.. Harry Potter. Lord of the Rings. TWILIGHT! Pt. 2

I know I know. I must say that mom and I weren't there at midnight to get Twilight... However, we did call around to see who had it on Saturday! So, I got the two disk set and yes! I've watched it already three times since Saturday! I'm just a little addicted.. I can't help it! It's like when you were a kid and you watched the little mermaid over and over and over! Yeah, that's me with Twilight.. I just can't get enough of handsome Edward Cullen! Why can't he exsist in real life? haha

New artist discovery..

In a moment of bordem I discovered a new artist, her name is Hana Pestle. She has an acoustic/indie sound! I really like her. She is a small town girl from Montana and I really love that. AND it just so happens that she has a song on the upcoming soundtrack for New Moon (which for those of you who don't know is book #2 of the twilight series!).. haha No that's not how I found her.. but check her music out, she's GREATNESS if i've ever heard it!

Addictions.. Harry Potter. Lord of the Rings. TWILIGHT!

Some people are addicted to Harry Potter, some LOVE Lord of the Rings.. I along with a few of the girls in my office are addicted to Twilight. TEAM Bella & Edward all the way! Which just so happens to be coming out on this saturday at 12:01am! YEAH! Mom said she would by it for me as my belated birthday present! We are making the trek to Wally world at midnight just to get it! YEAH! I can't wait.. It's going to be awesome! As soon as I get it I will be setting up a twilight party! Let me know if you would like an invite.. haha Just kidding. I will however be watching it numerous times! Mike will have to deal, I mean he could watch it with me! He did fall asleep in the theater watching it with Jen and I! Lol So, needless to

say! I can't help but be WAY ecstatic.

Checkerd Flag Productions Present.. Monster Trucks

One of the perks of working for a TV Station is that we get things for free when "big" productions come to town (because they advertise with us), so this last weekend I got tickets for the Monster truck show! So, Mike, Grandpa (big Frank) as Mike calls him, and I went! It was good. It wasn't by any means GREAT.. but it was exciting. I'd never been (or atleast I can't remember) ever being at something like that! It was fun. Unfortunately, right now I can't find my camera but I will get pictures up here soon!
